RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
As you may have read from the many testimonials the initial dosage that you need to take for your Prostate will vary. Below are some basic guidelines which will help, but we cannot emphasize enough that you must monitor yourself and be prepared to experiment with daily dosage.
GUIDELINES
If you get up more than 4 times per night, take 4 tablets a day for 2 weeks, then reduce to 3 tablets a day for a further 2 weeks. Thereafter adjust as necessary to find your personal maintenance dose.
If you get up 2-3 times per night take 3 tablets a day for the first 2-3 weeks, then drop back to a Maintenance Dose.
A Maintenance Dose is typically 1-2 tablets per day. If taking 2 daily then take one at breakfast and the other in the evening . If only taking one, take in the evening.
If you find any problems when taking these tablets, ie. Swallowing, try crushing them up, swallowing with food or dissolving in water. Always take with food.
DIET & LIFESTYLE GUIDELINES
When some degree of non-CANCEROUS prostate swelling is discovered, embark on a special cleansing DIET of raw vegetables and fruits for three weeks, and repeat it for one week each month. Avoid all meat, fish, poultry and hard cheese for up to six months. This will prevent any further protein accumulation in your prostate.
- Take a good enzyme supplement containing protein-digesting enzymes (such as Absorbade) to help liquefy protein and prevent build up.
- Consider the use of Golden seal every 6 months to eliminate any infections and tone the bladder as well as assisting gland detoxification.
- Take the juice of half a freshly squeezed lemon upon rising before breakfast.
- Take 2ozs each of sunflower and pumpkin seeds daily - make sure they are chewed
- well before swallowing.
- Sprouted seeds, particularly alfalfa, should be eaten at least twice per week.
LIFESTYLE
Walking - Take a brisk walk at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes.
Massage - Massage to the lower spine, stimulates the nerves to the prostate muscles reinforcing their pumping effort. The massage should begin at the base of the lower part of the spine and descent as far as the buttocks. Each massage stroke should approach your mid-line upwards and inwards from both sides, successively starting a little lower down.
It may be helpful for you to consider and picture a fish bone laid along the spine with the tail downwards. This massage activity stimulates the nerves that control and influence the prostate gland, and taken together with sponging also stimulates the supply of blood to the area, and should be done daily for 5-6 weeks.
Sponging - Sponge just behind the scrotum alternately with hot and cold water sponges - one minute hot, followed by 30 seconds of cold. You should continue this procedure for 3 cycles, finishing with a cold application. The procedure should be repeated each morning and evening to stimulate contraction of the muscles around the prostate.
Avoid aluminium cooking utensils.
